Liz Stringer – Songwriting Masterclass: Finding Your Voice

We’re thrilled to host Liz Stringer in December, one of Australia’s most powerful and lyrically insightful songwriters at Old Stone Hall for a special Songwriting Masterclass.

Currently based in the UK and touring internationally, Liz is returning home for a sold-out Australian tour, and we’ve convinced her to come to Beechworth a day earlier – to share her craft before her sold-out Beechworth show on Friday.

In this intimate two-hour workshop, Songwriting Masterclass: Finding Your Voice, Liz will offer insights into her craft – the artistry that has established her as one of Australia’s most powerful songwriters.

The session is designed to support writers of all levels and across all forms – song, prose, and poetry, to explore and strengthen their unique creative voice. Liz will guide participants through tools and approaches for developing expression, navigating writer’s block, generating ideas through a mix of writing exercises, open discussion and sharing some of her songs live.

Bring a pen, paper, and curiosity. 

Note: If ticket cost is prohibitive, we do have funded places available through Indigo Shire Council for 16-25yrs participants.
