Smart Arts: Behind the Music

Join us for a special edition of the Murray Arts Smart Arts Forum and Networking Series, celebrating the incredible original music being created across our region.

Behind the Music is an opportunity for musicians, bands, producers and songwriters to share their latest original recordings with the local music community. Selected artists will have the opportunity to take part in a live listening panel, where they’ll introduce their track, discuss their creative process, share insights into songwriting, recording and production, and answer questions from the audience. It’s a chance to hear directly from the people behind the music and gain valuable insight into how new work is developed and brought to life.
Artists are also invited to submit a recently recorded track to be included in a curated playlist that will soundtrack the networking session, giving attendees the chance to discover new music, make connections and celebrate local creative talent in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
