Old Stone Hall proudly presents an unmissable co-headline Live + Intimate show with Emily Lubitz and Jess Ribeiro this September!

This show set to be a feminine assault on the senses!

Both artists launching new music. Emily, with her long awaited debut solo album joined by her four piece band on their first national tour. Jess, celebrating the one year anniversary of ‘Summer of Love’ and launching a special new release ‘MIX TAPE’, where she’ll perform a suite of unreleased B-side songs.

Emily Lubitz is no stranger to the stage. Emily’s toured with Martha Wainwright, Paul Kelly, Emma Donovan and John Butler, and performed on festival stages like Winnipeg Folk Festival (CAN), Calgary Folk Festival, (CAN), Haldern Pop (GER), Laneway Festival (AUS), WOMAD (AUS) and Woodford (AUS).

“Emily’s exquisite, brushed-velvet vocal conjures a steady neck-hair raising waltz” – The Age

Melbourne/Naarm artist Jess Ribeiro brings back the sun with her fourth album Summer of Love, capturing audiences, building intimate walls of instrumentation with band members on violin and viola, bass, tape loops and drums, guitars and piano.

“Summer of Love is both surreal and strikingly direct in equal measure, Ribeiro’s voice so up front in the mix that it’s like a close friend leaning in to tell you the secrets of the universe… swirling like a storm set to break at any moment with Ribeiro fearlessly positioned at the centre.”
