Silversmithing Workshop – Copper and Silver Drop Earrings

Join Lisa McCluskey (Silver Seed Jewellery) and learn the art of silversmithing to create a pair of copper and sterling silver drop earrings.

This three-hour workshop is suitable for beginners who would like to learn the basics of silversmithing, or those with experience who’d like to learn new techniques. Lisa will guide you through the process of cutting and shaping the earrings to your own design before completing the set with your chosen finish. And the best bit? You get to wear your beautiful creations home.

All materials supplied. Please wear enclosed shoes and tie long hair back.

About the Artist

Lisa is a self-taught silversmith with eight years’ experience. Based in Mount Beauty, Vic, her work captures the natural environment of her home, featuring both Australian bush and coastal elements.

With a strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, Lisa adopts a zero waste approach to her work through recycling of offcuts, as well as minimising energy consumption and ensuring waste disposal is gentle to the environment wherever possible.
