Consequences Exhibition Program

Join local artists Dr Treahna Hamm (Yorta Yorta) Stephanie Jakovac and the Facing Australia group in conversation as they discuss their work with Executive Director of Murray Arts Alyce Fisher on Thursday 5 December, 5.30pm at the LibraryMuseum

These local artists were engaged as artists in residence to create work in response to the themes raised in the Consequences exhibition. Their individual interpretations reflect their insights into the complexities of the aftermath of World War I.

Consequences  explores the impacts of the First World War on Albury and surrounding regional communities – impacts which are still felt to this day.

The project is a collaboration between AlburyCity, Greater Hume, Murray Arts and Culcairn Station House Museum, Headlie Taylor Header Museum, Holbrook Submarine Museum, Jindera Pioneer Museum, Woolpack Inn Museum, Wymah Museum.

Program is FREE but bookings essential
