Riverina Arts Leadership Program

 
The Australia Council leadership programs are dedicated to transforming the art sector's knowledge, skills and capabilities by supporting arts leaders of diverse art forms and practices from around Australia.

The Australia Council will be running a 3-month leadership program for artists and arts workers from across the Riverina between March and June 2021 in Wagga. The program is designed for both emerging and established leaders working in the arts and creative industries. 

Participants will be guided through four sessions to explore their leadership, new ways of thinking and enacting the potential of creativity for change. 

Applications are now open, and close 5.00pm AEDT 22 February 2021

 

Session dates

  • Opening Leadership session: 4 March, 10am-1pm
  • 1st Leadership session: 3 May, 10am-1pm
  • 2nd Leadership session: 10 May, 10am-1pm
  • Final Leadership session (via Zoom): 3 June, 11am-1pm


Program details


The Riverina Arts Leadership Program is for emerging and established leaders with a minimum of 5 years experience working in the arts and creative industries. The program is open to creative leaders working within an organisation, independently or in community. Employees of local government are eligible to apply.

Cost: Free
Venue: Civic Theatre Wagga Wagga, Upstairs Foyer Area, Burns Way (off Tarcutta Street), Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, Australia
Covid Safety: Our sessions will be delivered under  COVID Safe guidelines to ensure your health and safety.
