Connect + Weave - March Workshop

As part of the Upstream Festival, Local First Nations weavers will host an intimate weaving workshop with local community. This hands-on weaving workshop will guide you through the contemplative weaving process. Led by local First Nations weavers Marg Murray (Barkindji) and Valda Murray (Yorta Yorta) on the banks of the Murray River on Gateway Island. Sit by the river. Listen and share. Weave your story.

All materials, a weaving starter kit and morning tea will be provided.
This workshop is for everyone.
The workshop is suitable for ages 12+
Maximum group size is 12 people and bookings are essential.
